I was looking for a recipes. I think I found them and I am going to try Roast pheasant with caramelized edives and apple and Seared pheasant breast with cranberry mushroom chutney. Both sound delicious. Thank you. T.W.3/28/2008 7:28 PM

I love the information your site provides. I use to raise quail about 25 years ago and 3 marriages later I would like to get back into raising them again as I dont hear them anymore like I use to in the countryside. I am taking a course in Forestry & Conservation and learning more about birds, which has become my passion in life. 1/30/2008 10:11 AM

Just thought you would like to know we have the mutant black pheasant wild here that has interbred with the normal wild brown pheasants here. So you get half brown and black or blackish brown and normal brown all running around together male and female.1/28/2008 4:10 AM

I'm really interested to your International seminar on pheasants. You can rest assured that me and all my friends will be there. I just love game birds and I want to send some to my grandmother in Slovakia. Yours sincerely, Nick Cooper (Pheasant enthusiast and public health expert)1/18/2008 11:19 AM

I was wondering if feeding High Omega 3 foodstocks to the birds will make their eggs better. 1/13/2008 6:53 PM

bought some roosters last oct from MacFarlanes. Best looking pen birds I've ever had, especially for such a long distance. Delivery was great. Char coordinated it to accomodate my needs. Drivers very friendly. Small time buyer, big time service. They really know their business. 1/5/2008 8:44 AM

I really enjoyed your web site. I'm trying to convince my brother, who use to live in Salina, to make a trip up there for some pheasant hunting, which I personally have never done nor eaten. I've bookmarked your site....you have a great variety and will probably be ordering some of the delicacies you have for sale. Thanks for making my night! Mike10/24/2007 1:22 AM

I bought pheasant chicks once before several years ago. I had a good survival rate, pullets were tender, juicy and a great dietary change-up.10/14/2007 7:47 PM
