Role and Responsibilities

We need seasonal employees during our pheasant season.  The egg laying season begins in February and runs until mid-July.  During this time, employees will collect eggs in our production barns by bending over to pick up the eggs and place in egg trays.  In August, employees will need to catch production birds by their feet using their hands.  The pheasants will be placed in crates and prepared for shipment.

Qualifications and Required skills:

Employees will need to be physically fit, must be able to lift 50 lbs or more, work in all weather conditions, able to walk 10 miles per day, able to bend over continuously and no fear of birds.   Must have a regular driver’s license or international driving permit. Require 3 months’ experience and a high school diploma or GED. Must be 19 years or older in age.
